As in the power amp - see this page - the main filter caps have been replaced. The mustard coupling caps remain however.

Visible date codes are: "A/64" and "A4N" = first quarter of 1964; "B4N" = second quarter of '64; and one "C4N" = third quarter of the year.

The Welwyn cement resistor at the speaker output terminal block (far left side of preamp) has "VG" = July '64.

As for the pots, their codes are "GL" and "HL" = July and August 1964. The amp was probably made therefore in October or November 1964.
